Changes in Microfine Particle Migration of Ionic Rare Earth Ores during Leaching

چکیده

The hydration mechanism between the leaching agent and ore surface during process of ionic rare earth is complicated, inter-particle bridge cementation prone to fracture due existence multiple forces dispersion ion adsorption exchange, resulting in migration rearrangement microfine particles, precipitation at pore throat, producing blockage phenomenon affecting efficiency earths. In order reveal law particles situ ores find suitable regulation methods, this paper investigates effects mass concentration, viscosity, flow rate, hydraulic gradient, body height, water content on particles. We compared as raw with particle sizes ranging from 0.075 0.09 mm using laboratory column method. results showed that was an important factor efficiency. Under action external forces, tended migrate process.
